The IRSE did put video on their website quite a time ago; unfortunately it is a bit hidden. You need to sign into the members area (obviously if you to sit the exam then you must be a member and hence you are eligible to get access to this- you have to enter your details and get a user ID and password).

It was the IIRSE itself who were recording and should have place on their website.
However I never checked they actually did this.
