Indian Practices and Principles
#4
I have been sent the following, which is certainly worth sharing here

(actually not really sure which is the best place for it- certainly there is content here applicable to module 3 & 5 and probably 1 as well....)

Quote:Hi Peter,

How are you? I am very happy that you are looking for Indian Railway Signaling Principles. Here we have got two main books/manual whatever u say. I am sending the two links which contains the rules, codes and practices of Indian Railway Signaling.

Signal Engineering Manual Vol 1:
http://indianrailways.gov.in/railwayboar..._index.htm

Signal Engineering Manual Vol 2:
http://www.indianrailways.gov.in/railway..._index.htm

Have a look at it and pass comments so that we can have a strong discussions. In Indian Railways we have General and Subsidary Rules also. You feel bit different if you compare this with U.K., Hope these two links will be useful to you.
