Hold the dates 2017 - PJW - 18-02-2017 Thursday 23rd March- YM AGM and 2016 Exam Review, London (probably IMechE Westminster) Sat & Sun 24 & 25th June Signet IRSE Exam Event, Derby RE: Hold the dates - Jerry1237 - 19-02-2017 Are the June dates final? Happens to be the National TT and RR weekend! RE: Hold the dates - PJW - 19-02-2017 (19-02-2017, 01:21 PM)Jerry1237 Wrote: Are the June dates final? Happens to be the National TT and RR weekend! Nothing is finalized but I regard those dates as broadly agreed; there was former discussion in thread: https://irseexam.co.uk/thread-2164-post-6519.html#pid6519 We are never going to find a weekend that doesn't clash with anything; I believe Father's Day is probably a consideration for rather greater numbers of people than the National TT and RR. The phone meeting to discuss the event is tomorrow so there's certainly a potential to change; however in the intervening months my diary has become far more constrained than it was, based on the assumption this date was fixed- I doubt if I am the only one so finding an alternative now isn't going to be easy. RE: Hold the dates - Jerry1237 - 20-02-2017 Final is good. As you say, people's calendars are troublesome. Think the only person interested in road cycling is myself and am sure others in the Team can cover it. I will pencil the dates into my calendar. Following meeting tonight we are considering the weekend prior and the weekend afterwards as possible alternatives; expect Matt to get in touch shortly as he is attempting to finalise to the best overall date. The 17/18th may be gaining ground....... RE: Hold the dates - PJW - 06-03-2017 (20-02-2017, 06:53 PM)PJW Wrote:(20-02-2017, 09:26 AM)Jerry1237 Wrote: Final is good. Now settled on the weekend after rather than the one before. FINAL ANSWER. 1st and 2nd July (effectively the same weekend as last year) Flyer should be included in IRSE News next month RE: Hold the dates - PJW - 06-03-2017 (06-03-2017, 03:08 PM)PJW Wrote:(20-02-2017, 06:53 PM)PJW Wrote:(20-02-2017, 09:26 AM)Jerry1237 Wrote: Final is good.
